Grappa Food Inc. was found in May 2005 and it has been full operation at the Salihli site since September 2006. Salihli is one of largest sultanas growing area in Turkey and approximately 80 km far from the city of Izmir.The processing and packing facilities were constructed on a green field site specifically for the primary processing and packing of various types of Sultanas and Thompson raisins. The site is located in rural environment surrounded by vineyards.The site occupies an area of 16.500 square meter of which 5,000 square meters are under cover. Our production capacity in bulk 14.000 tons and in retail 4.000 tons. |

Grape has its suitable growning location in the West with area of concentration in Ratchaburi province. Most of grape produced is consumed domestically with a small quantity for export as fresh and canned fruit. Thailand exports fresh grapes to Malaysia and raisin (dry grape) to Singapore.
