Grappa Food Inc. was found in May 2005 by 3 entrepreneur families and it has been full operation at the Salihli site since September 2006. Salihli is one of the largest sultanas growing area in Turkey and approximately 80 km far from the city of Izmir.

The processing and packing facilities were constructed on a green field site especially for the primary processing and packing of various types of Sultanas and Thompson raisins. The site is located in rural environment surrounded by vineyards.

The site occupies an area of 16.500 square meter of which 5,000 square meters are under cover. Our production capacity in bulk 14.000 tons and in retail 4.000 tons.
